Having Your Life in Order

Everyone who does not have a will in place has their own reasons. Some think they have plenty of time to take care of those details but what they don’t know is what a relief it can be to have a will done.  Wills give people confidence that their loved ones will be taken care of in the fashion they choose.  If you pass-on and do not have a will already made, you will actually cause stress on others and family feuds can begin. 

There is a common idea that your spouse will automatically receive your remaining assets if you were to die.  In the UK, a Brit who is single and without children when he or she dies, will most likely have any possessions they leave behind go to the Crown. 

Don’t let this happen to you.  Just go online and find the documents you need and have two witnesses sign with you.  If you live in Scotland, just one witness is required.  Having a will done can certainly give you peace of mind knowing that your life now and later is in order and will be handled the way you have chosen.
