Copyright Violation

Copyrights violation is an emotional harassment for anyone who considers his work as a great intellectual property. This is because any one who creates a new thing with his creative and imaginative thinking will definitely be dejected if someone had either used part or full of his/her work and claims it as her own.

This act of copyrights violations is also referred as piracy, which is a term used by the renowned author Daniel Defoe. Copyright infringement crime is considered to be very unfair as the person will be able to get profit without much or even no hard work. So, most of the DVD and many other visual forms contain a short statement warning you that piracy is a criminal offense. These crimes are compared with an assault or grand auto theft.  Generally the penalties imposed on the individual for copyright infringement will depend on the extent of the operation performed by the individual .if anyone proves that the individual has benefited from the illegal distribution of the printed material, then the suspect have to face jail terms. The length of the jail terms will depend on numerous factors such as the reason for him to commit the crime.
